PRICE CONDITIONS

To all our prices you have to add the tourist tax (€1.50) per guest daily (from 14 years of age). This must be paid onsite.

Prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of 3 nights with bed and breakfast.

For stays of less than 3 days: 10% surcharge.

Single-use double bedroom supplement: €20

To ensure an excellent sanitization of the natural and untreated wood in the rooms, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Additional baby cot: €15 per day.

Family pack: 2 adults + 2 kids= 3 adults

Check-in: from 14.30 to 22.00

Check-out: by 10.00 am

(after the indicated time there is a penalty of €15 every half hour)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Up to 15 days before arrival no penalty.

From 15 days before arrival the entire deposit will be retained.

No show penalty equal to 100% of the stay.

There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals.

Our rooms are all set up exclusively with duvet bag.
